By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

• The $900 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).
  
  
• The remaining balance due of $2,390 will be owed once your new watch ships from Sinn in Germany.
  
  
• Reservations made now are scheduled to ship in June through August.
  
  
• We will ship all watches in the exact order in which we received your reservation and deposit.  We are unable to provide you with a specific arrival date as we are dependent upon Sinn's production schedule.
  
  Additional delays could occur that are beyond our control and you will be kept informed of any delays.
  
  
• Because you are making a non-refundable deposit all sales are final and the watch is not eligible for return or exchange
