These Sinn watches are modified by reversing the controls to the left side of the case. Destro translates to "right" in Italian which is the wrist where a left-handed person would typically wear a watch.

Sinn's focus is not just on southpaws. 

Most of these watches are designed for German special forces, military, first responders or law enforcement personnel who are often required to wear gloves or other special gear that would interfere with the standard watch controls on the right.
