Shipments to the Fifty United States
Duties, Import Fees, and Tariffs
Because we ship directly to you from our North Carolina headquarters, you are not responsible for the payment of US import duties, import taxes, customs charges, or tariffs.
The prices we show are the total price with no additional surprise fees or charges (with the exception of shipping charges as discussed below and state sales taxes where required).
Shipments of New Watches
WatchBuys is pleased to offer FedEx 2 Day delivery on watch shipments to all 50 US states with delivery by the end of the second business day.
- Watches ship FedEx 2 Day at no charge.
Orders received on or before 4 PM ET on business days will ship that same day - otherwise orders will ship the next business day.
All watch shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
If you prefer to receive your watch more quickly (the next business day or Saturday), you have three expedited options at an additional charge within the contiguous 48 US states:
- FedEx Standard Overnight for next business afternoon delivery for commercial addresses and by early evening for residential addresses for $35.
- FedEx Priority Overnight for next business morning or early afternoon delivery (depending upon your location) for $45.
- FedEx Saturday for Saturday morning or early afternoon delivery (depending on your location) for $55.
Shipments of Bracelets, Straps, and Parts
We offer
FedEx 2 Day delivery on shipments of bracelets, straps, and parts to all 50 US states.
- Bracelets, straps, and parts ship at a cost of $15
These shipments will arrive by the end of the second business day and do not require a signature if the total value of the shipment is $500 or less.
Shipments to Canada
We ship to Canada using
FedEx International with delivery to most locations in three business days.
- Watches ship at no charge.
- Bracelets, straps, and other items ship at a cost of $25.
We pay all insurance charges in addition to the FedEx broker entry preparation fees.
You are responsible for payment of the 5% import duties plus
applicable GST/PST/HST taxes which will be collected from you by FedEx once your purchase arrives in Canada. A small duty disbursement fee also applies.
Canadian law requires that you be allowed to choose your own broker on each import - simply tell FedEx that you would like FedEx to act as your broker to avoid broker entry preparation fees.
All prices shown on our web site are in USD - your credit card determines the exchange rate to CAD.
Please note that delivery times to certain rural parts of Canada may incur extended delivery times.
Shipments to Guam
We ship to Guam using
USPS Priority with delivery in five to seven business days.
- Watches ship at no charge.
- Bracelets, straps, and other items ship at a cost of $25.
USPS will collect any required import duties upon delivery of your package.
Shipments to Puerto Rico
We ship to Puerto Rico using USPS Priority with delivery in five business days.
- Watches ship at no charge.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using
USPS Priority with delivery in ten to twenty business days.
