Shipments of New Watches

WatchBuys is pleased to offer free UPS 2 Day delivery on all watch purchases shipped to the 50 US states.

Shipments made using this method will arrive by the end of the second business day, while deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional transit times (and to certain locations within AK and HI we must use USPS Priority Mail).

Orders received on or before 5 PM ET on business days will ship that same day - otherwise orders will ship the next business day.

All watch shipments require a signature upon delivery.

If you prefer to receive your watch purchase more quickly (the next business day), you have two options within the contiguous US:

UPS 1 Day Priority will deliver your new watch in the morning or early afternoon (depending upon your location) for $45.
UPS 1 Day Standard will deliver your new watch in the afternoon for commercial addresses and by early evening for residential addresses for $35.

Or choose UPS Saturday for watch deliveries on Saturday morning or early afternoon (depending on your location) for $55.

Shipments of Bracelets, Straps, and Parts

If your purchase is less than $280, you have two shipping options to the contiguous US:

UPS SurePost at a cost of $15 with delivery in three to six business days.
UPS 2 Day at a cost of $25 with delivery by the end of the second business day.

If your purchase is $280 or greater, you have two shipping options to the contiguous US:

UPS 1 Day Standard at a cost of $35 will deliver your new purchase in the afternoon for commercial addresses and by early evening for residential addresses.

UPS 2 Day at a cost of $25 to all states except Alaska and Hawaii (we ship USPS Priority to those two states).

All packages with a value greater than $600 require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes.

Watches ship to Canada using UPS Worldwide Express, a next day delivery to most parts of the country using these shipping rates:

Watches valued over $2,000 ship for next day delivery at no charge.
Watches valued under $2,000 ship for next day delivery at a charge of $45.
Bracelets, straps, and other items ship for next day delivery at a charge of $45 to most areas of Canada.
Please note that in certain remote areas we must use USPS Priority which can take 7 to 10 days for delivery.

We pay all insurance charges in addition to the UPS broker's entry preparation fees.

You are responsible for payment of the 5% Canadian national watch import duty plus any applicable GST/PST/HST taxes which will be collected from you by UPS Canada once your purchase arrives in Canada. A small duty disbursement fee also applies.

Canadian law requires that you be allowed to choose your own broker on each import - simply tell UPS that you would like UPS to act as your broker to avoid entry preparation fees.

All prices shown on our web site are in USD - your credit card (or PayPal) determines the exchange rate to CAD.

Please note that delivery times to certain rural parts of Canada may incur additional delivery days from the estimates listed above.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Purchases less than $160 ship using USPS Priority at a charge of $15.

Strap and bracelet purchases greater than $160 ship using USPS Priority at a charge of $25.

Shipments to Puerto Rico and Guam

We are pleased to ship watches to Puerto Rico and Guam using USPS Priority Express, while straps and bracelets ship USPS Priority.

Watches ship at no charge while shipments of straps or bracelets carry charges of $15 or $25 depending upon your order total.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Watches valued at more than $2,000 ship at no charge to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Express.

Watches, straps, and bracelets valued at less than $2,000 ship USPS Priority Express at a cost of $45.
