Hanhart Pioneer Preventor 9 S Black Special Edition

This watch features an automatic winding mechanical movement with modifications by Hanhart and Dubois Depraz to incorporate the sweep seconds hand at the 9 position.

This design is inspired by a Hanhart watch originally produced in the 1950s (pictured). 

That watch achieved this layout by removing the center seconds and 3 o'clock register from the notable Hanhart Calibre 42 chronograph design.

The New Preventor 9 S Black

True to the original, this watch does not feature a date display and instead focuses on quick legibility.  

In addition, the railroad minute track around the circumference of the dial is directly inspired by historical Hanhart watches from the 1950s.

Finally, Hanhart has preserved the traditional design by using cathedral hands.
