By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

• The $800 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).
  
  
• The remaining balance due of $1,850 will be owed once your new watch is completed.
  
  
• Reservations made now are scheduled to begin shipping in January and continue through February.
