New Gradient Dial and Blue Bezel

The new Hanhart Aquasphere Ocean Fade is the latest model in Hanhart's quickly evolving dive watch collection.  This watch features a special gradient dial which transitions from a vibrant blue to a deep black.

Notably, this watch is available with a blue ceramic bezel insert.

Designed to be worn by professional freedivers, the Hanhart Aquasphere Ocean Fade's 42 mm case is water resistant to 300 meters and features a helium escape valve.

Powering this watch is the automatic Soprod P024 (38 hour power reserve) with upgrades like a Glucyder balance wheel and Incabloc® shock protection.  As a true three hand calibre, there is no "ghost" second crown position.

Hanhart intentionally refers to this "Ocean Fade" dial as black/blue rather than the other way around.  For a freediver, this color transition represents the first appearance of precious sunlight during the ascent.  It is one of the most significant and memorable parts of every dive.

On the gradient dial, the skeletonized hands and matching appliques are complemented by a bold "12" and a highly legible red tipped seconds hand.  The minutes and seconds can be found etched into the interior bezel surrounding the dial.

The Hanhart Aquasphere Ocean Fade features a unidirectional 60 click bezel with a ceramic insert and a red indicator.  

The solid steel case back features a special underwater etching with both matte and polished surfaces.

At the Freediving World Cup in Sharm el Sheikh, he set five German national records in freediving and is considered one of the best professional freedivers in the world.

Engineered for Depth

The Hanhart Aquasphere Collection is designed specifically for freediving.

A helium escape valve is located at 10, which enhances the watch's functionality for extreme diving depth.

Without a helium escape valve, the internal pressure can build up during deep sea dives. The valve allows the helium to escape safely, preventing any damage to the watch.

This watch is fitted with a stainless steel Hanhart bracelet. The bracelet features quick release spring bars for simple installation and removal, as well as a locking clasp with a dive extension.
