Announcing a brand new watch to Sinn's popular 556 series - the new Sinn 556 A (Arabic numerals).
The standard Sinn 556 (now renamed the Sinn 556 I) is identical to this watch except for the dial. The new Sinn 556 A uses a dial similar to that used in the now retired Sinn 656 series, and features four large anchor numerals on the quarter hour.
In creating the Sinn 556 A, Sinn's goal was to offer their most affordable watch in the line, while at the same time maintaining the quality and engineering standards that have set Sinn apart.
The Sinn 556 A features a case size at 38.5 mm which is satinized. This finish results in a slightly more polished look while at the same time retaining some characteristics of a matte finish.
Other features of the Sinn 556 A include:
- Case in 316L surgical stainless steel which is satinized
- Sapphire crystals on both sides of the watch
- Double coated anti-reflective covering
- Dual seal crown lock to improve water resistance
We feel that the new Sinn 556 A will be a watch in heavy demand, and we are pleased to announce the very first pieces to arrive in North America are in stock now for immediate delivery.
This watch is fitted with a Sinn black calf leather strap and tang buckle. Water resistant to 200 meters.
Please note that Sinn can and does change the strap type for this watch model. The picture above may or may not correspond exactly with the strap you receive.
Although the straps are always black, Sinn sometimes uses black stitching, and at other times white. Further, they sometimes use a smooth somewhat shiny finish and at other times a more matte look.
