Verified Watch Owner Comments: I've had the privilege of owning many watches, and this Hanhart 417 ES easily has a spot among my favorites. The markers on the chapter ring and subdials are crisp. The black outline on the hands help with readability, and the small splash of red on the bezel adds a pop of color.

I also love that the watch maintains a uniquely vintage design without using the faux-aged lume seen on many vintage-inspired watches today. I have a large wrist (19.8 cm, 7.8 in) so 42 mm watches dominate my collection, but I've found that the 417 ES wears incredibly well despite only being 39 mm. The black leather of the bund strap contrasting with the white dial helps give the watch more presence on wrist. I believe this can easily be worn by anyone with a 6.5 in - 8 in wrist.

Also, this is the first time I've purchased from WatchBuys and they're awesome. I've been eyeing Sinn for years so I'm familiar with WB, but this Hanhart was my first actual purchase from them. They shipped the watch the day after ordering and I received it within a few days with no issues. As mentioned above, I have a large wrist and forgot to note that at checkout, so I gave them a call and they were able to swap the longer leather strap the same day that they shipped it, with no delays.

In this hobby we buy the seller as much as the watch itself, and I won't hesitate to buy from WB again once something else catches my eye!

Verified Watch Owner Comments: This chronograph is beautiful & the case is very nice & unique. The bund strap is the first one I've ever tried. The watch is very accurate & only a few seconds fast per day. The flyback complication is something that may come in handy.
