By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

• The $1,100 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).
  
  
• The remaining balance due of $2,640 will be owed once your new watch is completed by Sinn.
  
  
• Reservations made now are scheduled to begin shipping at the end of November and continue through the winter.
  
  
• We will ship all watches in the exact order in which we received your reservation and deposit. 
  
  
• Because you are making a non-refundable deposit, all sales are final, and the watch is not eligible for return or exchange
