By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

• The $13,435 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).
  
  
• The remaining balance due of $13,435 will be owed once your watch ships from Dornblueth in Germany.
  
  
• By making a reservation you are guaranteed to receive one of the 62 pieces in this series.
  
  
• Dirk Dornblueth will only produce one piece of this new watch each month.  Because of this production and timing, you should not make a reservation if you need this watch by a specific date.

• If you are one of the first to make a reservation, Dirk estimates delivering your new watch in 16 to 18 months.  Obviously as more time elapses, later reservations will be subject to longer wait periods.

• Because you are making a non-refundable deposit all sales are final and the watch is not eligible for return.
