This watch breaks new ground for Sinn in several important ways. First, as part of the Classic Masterpiece Collection (which includes the Regulateur), the 1746 Klassik demonstrates Sinn's ability to create enduring timepieces which have both style and individuality.
Next, a pure white dial with enamel lacquer combined with black hands and black roman numeral markers make this watch extremely easy to tell time. Contributing to this legibility is the use of a slightly domed anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal and a separate dial ring for the hour markers. As you may know, white dial watches are rare in the Sinn collection.
The automatic winding movement is nicely decorated with Côtes de Genève, perlage, and blued screws all visible through a sapphire crystal.
We love the case - it's the perfect size at 42 mm case and is in 316L polished stainless steel. And unlike most watch manufacturers, Sinn produces an in-house case for this watch through their case making affiliated company in Glashutte, Germany.
The crown is sealed with the new Sinn crown system D3 (direkt-doppel-dichtend) making the watch water resistant to 100 meters. This watch features a black alligator embossed calf leather strap.
And now the packaging - it is elaborate and large. This watch comes in a special Sinn presentation box that features a telescoping loupe, polishing cloth, watch booklet and a metal purchase card.
