Unique mechanical pieces such as the single hand MeisterSinger Karelia are a big reason for the increased popularity.

Owing its origins to the sundial, the single hand watch first appeared as a pocket watch in the 18th century, and has not been produced as a wrist watch since the early 1900's. The tan dial with a single blued hand is marked in both hour and five minute intervals. To tell the correct time, simply read the correct two digit hour and count the number of five minute markers after the hour to know minutes.

The Karelia has one of the thinnest profiles of any watch we carry at just 7.5 mm in height. This hand winding movement is beautifully finished and decorated with Côtes de Genève, perlage and blued stainless steel screws and is visible through the case back.

The Karelia is fitted with a sapphire crystal. Water resistant to 30 meters. Strap is a brown calf leather with contrast stitching.
