Customer service: When I received a phone call the day after my order I thought, great, they're calling to say the watch is out of stock, even though the website said they have it. But no, it was simply a courtesy call to verify my information. And the watch arrived within days. Great customer service, wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Watchbuys again.

Verified Owner Comments: I found WatchBuys as I developed an interest in German mechanical watches. I chose the Hanhart Pioneer Preventor 9, with the off-white dial, as the next addition to my collection. The watch was temporarily out-of-stock.
Trey at WatchBuys special ordered the piece from Germany. It arrived at the shop about 10 days later and Trey assisted me to get the right length leather strap. The watch was on my wrist 2 days subsequent.
