WatchBuys Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

At WatchBuys our primary mission is to offer outstanding service to our many clients, both established and new, while providing for the safety and health of our employees.

We understand that these are unprecedented times, and we are following all guidelines relating to the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Because we do not sell through a retail store, we are currently processing daily shipments to locations throughout the US and Canada.  Simply call us at 888-333-4895 or place your orders online.

All watch shipments are with no shipping charges, using your choice of FedEx Next Weekday or FedEx Two Day Air delivery.

If we receive your order by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday and you select the free FedEx Next Weekday delivery option, your watch will arrive the next weekday morning in most areas.  Orders received after 2 PM ET will ship the next business day.



If you are planning to send your watch to RGM in Pennsylvania for repair, please call them first at 717-653-9799.

Pennsylvania businesses are currently under strict operating guidelines which may temporarily impact the ability to service your watch.



We have transitioned team members and business operations to a work at home environment.

We remain available to assist you with product questions, service issues and other matters by phone at 888-333-4895 or through e-mail and online chat during our regular business hours of 9 AM - 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

We will continue to monitor the latest guidelines from state, federal and local authorities as well as the CDC and maintain our compliance with their recommended actions.  The information on this page will be updated as necessary.
