• The $9,380 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).

• Reservations made now are estimated to ship within 12-16 months after you place your deposit.
  
  
• We will ship all watches in the exact order in which we received your reservation and deposit.

• Additional delays could occur that are beyond our control and you will be kept informed of any delays.

• Because you are making a non-refundable deposit all sales are final and the watch is not eligible for return.
