Your Deposit - Terms and Conditions

This page will allow you to process your $4,220 non-refundable deposit for the Jochen Benzinger Black T. 

By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

  • The $4,220 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another product or to another customer).

  • The remaining balance due of $4,220 (plus applicable sales taxes) will be owed once your watch ships from Jochen Benzinger in Germany.

  • Reservations made now are estimated to ship within four months after you place your deposit.

  • We will ship all watches in the exact order in which we received your reservation and deposit.  We are unable to provide you with an estimated day or month when your specific watch will arrive as we are dependent upon Jochen Benzinger's production schedule.
  • Additional delays could occur that are beyond our control and you will be kept informed of any delays.
  • Because you are making a non-refundable deposit all sales are final and the watch is not eligible for return.
