Product Details

The new Fortis Aeromaster PC-7 Team Limited Edition is the third Fortis watch to carry the PC-7 Team logo since their partnership began in 2006.

Designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the PC-7 Team, this is a limited edition of only 300 pieces.

The PC-7 Team is a group of Swiss Air Force pilots that perform acrobatic flying displays for audiences throughout Switzerland and abroad.

The team began informally in the early 1980s after the release of the Pilatus PC-7 Turbo Trainer aircraft.  In the early years, the team performed almost exclusively solo maneuvers.  It was not until 1987 that they began flying group routines for the public, including their signature diamond formation of nine PC-7 planes.

In 1989, the PC-7 Team was formally established in conjunction with the Swiss Air Force's 75-year jubilee.  2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the teams official beginnings.

The Fortis Aeromaster PC-7 Team Limited Edition holds a special place within the Fortis collection.  It represents the shared aviation history between Fortis and the Swiss PC-7 Team.

Each Aeromaster PC-7 Team Limited Edition watch is a chronometer worthy of the Swiss Air Force and utilizes a COSC certified ETA 2836-2.

The dial color scheme matches that of the PC-7 Team, with a royal blue dial, white numerals and accents, and a red seconds hand.

The Arabic numerals and metallic sword styled hands are coated with SuperLuminova, and the sapphire crystal has a double sided anti-reflective coating for excellent legibility - even in low light.

Applied metallic PC-7 planes in a diamond formation are visible on the left side of the dial.

This watch ships in a special PC-7 box and packaging that includes the following:
  • Travel pouch
  • PC-7 Team jubilee patch
  • Royal blue Cordura performance strap with red stitching
  • Two screwdrivers to adjust and exchange the bracelet
  • Fortis Chronometer Certificate (original certificate held by Fortis)
  • PC-7 Team booklet

Important features of this watch include:

  • Limited to 300 pieces
  • COSC certified chronometer
  • Royal blue dial
  • Double coated AR sapphire crystal
  • SuperLuminova on numerals and hands
  • Day/date display
  • Water resistant to 200 meters
  • Limited edition plaque screwed into the case at 9 o'clock

This watch is fitted with a special Fortis steel bracelet featuring a quick-adjust folding clasp and a PC-7 Team logo.  A royal blue Cordura Performance strap with red stitching is also included.

Screwed lugs offer additional security while on the wrist.

An almost-perfect watch

"An almost-perfect watch"

Verified Owner Comments: First and foremost, the Watchbuys team was very courteous and helpful during and after the purchase. When I busted a screw bar while changing my watch strap, they were able to promptly get me a replacement. Short review: An excellent watch with a beautiful, legible dial. With a slightly smaller crown, slightly smaller lugs, slightly more lume, and omission of the day/date divider, I would call it a perfect watch. Read on for particulars: Case: Here is where I suspect lie most complaints about the watch. The crown is a little hefty, and the lug-to-lug length is about 52mm with a bit of a curve on the lugs. If you have a small wrist, it may be pushing the limits of fitting comfortably, especially with the metal bracelet. I didn't find the crown itself to be uncomfortable, and it has a nice feel to it when adjusting time or winding the watch. Not to mention the watch is water-resistant to 200m without a screw-down. That being said, if the crown were 3/4 or half the size, I think i... - more details

Fantastic watch!

"Fantastic watch!"

Verified Owner Comments: This is a very unique watch. It was produced as a limited production and was and was promoted by

WatchBuys promoted by WatchBuys in one of their roadshows. I did not procrastinate and bought it immediately. The next day it was out of stock. I love the extra strap and tools that came with this limited edition. The quality of the watchmaking is very obvious.

I had a little difficulty sizing the metal strap metal strap and watch

buys took me through the process. Great Service.
