By making this deposit, you understand and agree to the following terms:

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card immediately. This deposit is non-transferable (to another watch or to another customer).
  
  
• The remaining balance due of $1,660 will be owed upon our receipt of your watch.  You will receive free FedEx Air shipping and insurance.
  
  
• This watch is a brand new model first shown at BaselWorld 2018.  We expect to receive the first pieces in the fall with continuing shipments into October, November and December.
  
  If you placed your deposit this summer or later, the delivery time of your watch could extend into the first months of 2019.
  
  
• We will ship all watches in the order in which we received your reservation and deposit.
  
  Additional delays could occur that are beyond our control and you will be kept informed of any delays.
  
  
• Because you are making a non-refundable deposit all sales are final and the watch is not eligible for return.
